Plan and manage RSC-related activities, such as trainings, creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and monitoring program integrity. Carry out processing evaluations and rapid performance assessments designated by the Program Manager and the Organization; prepare reports for review by both the Program Manager and the Global USRAP Manager (GUM). Maintain, draft, update, and create, when necessary, SOPs related to USRAP processing, such as processing time frames, projections, and trainings. Prepare and develop relevant reports, presentations, talking points, and briefings on project activities; monitor and analyze priorities. Collect and analyze monitoring and evaluation data; provide regular quantitative and qualitative updates to internal management; recommend changes to curricula and training techniques in response to data analyzed; implement changes as needed. Alert RSC management of areas of concern and suggest possible improvements for the overall support and development of the RSC. Assist with the development and coordination of USRAP training and other professional development opportunities for RSC. Assist and maintain effective and smooth cooperation between RSC and other departments within the mission, including Operations, Administration, Finance, the Chief of Mission, and other IOM missions within the MENA region as needed. Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all RSC matters and implement internal control procedures in line with the IOM and RSC codes of conduct and relevant instructions to maintain and ensure program integrity and confidentiality. Manage all programmatic, financial, administrative and logistical responsibilities for all programme activities and ensure that IOM standards and operating modalities are met wherever the programme is implemented.
