➢ Main Duties and Responsibility. ❖ Work as a business partner with each function across the boortmalt plant. ❖ Deal with all HR related manner with different stockholder in alignment with HR manager. ❖ Work with management to ensure all information are up to date. ❖ Work with HR team to guide and advise management and employees all aspects of employees life cycles. ❖ Managing the implementation and monitoring of HR process including recruitment and selection, employment contract, joiners and leavers, employment checks, induction, mandatory/other training, probationary period review, performance, and development review leave management and so on. ❖ Collect payroll inputs, organize and submit to finance before deadline. ❖ Provide data to management about monthly headcount update, absence data, payroll cost etc.. ❖ Maintaining and updating HR database. ❖ Contributing to the development of HR policy and procedure. ❖ Organize and manage personnel file in line with confidentiality policy of the company and with legal compliance. ❖ Co-ordination learning and development event. ❖ Work with manager supervisor to ensure all workplace accident/injuries/illness are reported promptly.
