  In this role, I have the privilege of working with Year 1 and 2 teachers as a learning coach guiding them through the school's induction and mentoring programme. I also form part of the team at school who lead ongoing professional learning for the staff. And to keep my feet on the ground I teach two classes of NCEA English.
