To achieve this, I did the following: - Recruit and build a team of software engineers with diverse skill sets. - The team size was 20 people, both remote and on-site. - Design and implement a fault-tolerant serverless architecture that can scale on-demand using cloud technologies and hybrid database architectures. - Oversee the DevOps process, including CI/CD pipelines and agile methodology. - Solve complex problems such as integrating various APIs with different models modularly and independently. - Continually guide programmers on writing DRY code with DI and DDD fundamentals. - 1000s of daily active users with dozens of custom integrations. - The systems we built had very low latency and low cost to maintain. - It was all on the Microsoft Azure stack and Active Directory integration and followed SOC and industry-recommended security practices.
