Project Engineer at Al Qudrah Safety and security system Dubai. • Current Projects: Dubai Expo2020 (Infrastructure Fire Protection Systems).  HDPE pipe installation.  Fire sprinkler systems, wet and dry riser systems, fire hydrants & fire pump systems  Responsible for Supply, Installing, programming, Testing and Commissioning as per the Civil Defence Regulation  Before the Civil defence Inspection, my work to follow up the clients and rectifying the issues on System which we installed. And face to attend the Inspection and making it as Success.  Estimating and Follow ups the site Construction of All Fire Fighting, Alarm, Self- Monitoring System with FM 200, Fire Hood Suppression at restaurants and Hotels also all types of Fire Extinguishers  Fire sprinkler systems, wet and dry riser systems, fire hydrants &fire pump systems. Fire detection and alarm system.  Fire extinguishers CO2 &dry powder extinguishers, clean agent extinguishing (FM-200).  Emergency voice evacuation and communicating system. Procurement  Verification of Material Requisitions with all necessary documents.  Selection and/or Sourcing of Suppliers.  Generation of Inquiry and follow ups for all quotations  Coordination with Project Engineers/Managers for Technical Verification/Clarifications.  Comparative Statement Preparation for all received quotations. Submittal & O&M Manual Comparative Statement Preparation for all received quotations.  Coordination with GM/MD for Commercial Decisions.  Negotiation with all suppliers in a very proactive and strong manner.  Project Specifications are thoroughly read & understood while proposing the material.  Compliance of the project specification is done carefully by getting the assistance of senior technical engineer & project engineer  Preparing hardcopy of the submittal  Consultant comments on the Material submitting are carefully rectified as per NFPA & UAE Fire code.
