  I am working on the Online services portal helping improve existing site as well as being part of the working team of a new rebuild. Working in an Agile team, I take part in daily stand ups, sprint reviews, sprint retros and backlog refinements using Azure Devops tool to manage our workload.I take information from PBI's and create test plans and test scripts to track and verify all testing activities. I raise bugs and input details with screenshots if necessary to highlight problems and take responsibility to re-test until the bug is eliminated.I carry out testing on all new features, testing on different browsers whether it a PC or mobile or tablet device making sure the new feature meets the acceptance criteria. I take part in 3 amigo session planning which sets up work for the team for sprints in the future.I have strong SQL skills which I use to query the database. This enables me to check data that is being pulled out by the portal by creating a query myself and reconciling the two pieces of data making sure they match. I have carried out test on Jmeter for performance and use the blazemeter tool which allows me to record my actions and save time during testing. I then discuss the results of the performance with the DEVS and Product Owner, this collaboration allows understanding and helps plan next actions.I am currently using Postman for endpoint and API testing, I use Graphql querying the bring the data and also put in data validation tests in postman to make sure data is correct.I am in the process of learning Automation testing and awaiting COVID restrictions to ease so I can pursue my ISQTB qualification.   As a Finance Analyst for Gazprom Energy, I manage the Asset rental costs incurred by the business. My work involves analysing the backing data received from invoices, communicate any anomalies with internal or external stakeholders and resolve all disputes before I approve for payment. I work with our key external stakeholders for all non gas related costs to resolve ongoing disputes and improve working relationships. I work with our operations team's involved in the asset costs we incur. I identify areas that the business could save money and work with the operations teams to find more efficient way of working.I also analyse industry costs vs customer billing and align charges thus making sure the business is billing correctly/invoiced correctly from industry. The Volume Variance analysis enables me to deep dive into industry charges, find miscalculations of cost or errors within the calculations and then challenge the industry, providing evidence of my workings and retrieve those over charges. At the same time, my analysis identifies customers who have been under charged which I then take to our billing and customer services team to take the necessary action to bill the customer inline with industry charges. I reconcile all trades, reconcile any differences and approve them daily. I work with out trading team and our external trade partners to make sure all trades submitted the day before match what we have been invoiced. Any discrepancies, I work with our internal trades team make sure that there no errors with the data we have sent and then I would work with our external trade partners to resolve all differences. I manage the Finance data warehouse, importing files which have been formatted on a monthly basis making sure the database is up to date and I run queries for all areas of the business relating all gas costs and non gas costs (MAM, AMR, etc..) data and provide analyse and information to all parts of the business.
