• Execution of work based on Isometric drawings, General Arrangement Drawings(GAD) and Piping and instrumentation diagram(P&ID) • Tracking Bill of materials from Isometric drawings • Responsible for conducting daily toolbox talk and providing safety awareness to the crewmembers • Implement the permit to work systems • Fabrication and erection of spools and supports • Supervising, Planning & Scheduling, Progress monitoring, Quality control(QC) and monitoring activities of sub-contractor • Complete Daily progress report (DPR) for welding and fitup • Close co-ordination with QA/QC department for all concern inspection and documentation • Check for visual inspection and radiography of weld joints (NDT) • Procurement of materials as per the isometric and man utilization on the site and fabrication yard • To attain coordination meetings with client representatives, Resident Construction Manager and project management team to assist all commissioning activities • Measurement checking of piping spools as per the isometric & Pipe schedule and release for the welding • Erection of piping spools & jointfit-up at site • Hydro testing and controlling Field construction activities at site • Check erection of equipment like Valves, Non return valve (NRV) & Pressure relief Valve (PRV) • Check Flange alignment • Hydro testing of loops • Check insulation and Painting as per the specification • Sound knowledge of international piping codes and standards like ASME, ASTM, ANSI and API • Reporting to manager • Ensure that all the work activities in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specification • Maintaining proper house keeping for work location Show less
