Zia worked for about one and half year with me. One year on a State Bank of Pakistan Project and six months on my World Bank Project. I taught him few skills in conducting survey and interviews, but he taught me one life-saving skill to stay motivated in bad times. He is expert in conducting surveys, designing short surveys, primary level data cleaning and data management. Additionally he worked as the project coordinator with me to manage my schedule and deliverables of the World Bank. He is a kind of person. who will learn the new things if he has to in order to perform a specific task but will never say that he cannot do something. I recommend Zia for all difficult jobs, where average persons freaks out. He will deliver. Additionally, he possesses very strong analytical and writing skills. I know he will be successful in the professional career.
