  In my job as an R&D/QC officer at Brighto paints, I became acquainted with the entire paint-making process. I monitored and ensured the high quality of our manufactured paint and its corresponding raw materials through American Standard Testing and legal compliance. I also opened new sources of revenue for my company by working on and developing new innovative products. -For Raw materials testing, I checked and inspected 4 kinds of materials: Additives, binders, pigments, and solvents through American Standard Testing. -If the products' different specifications, like viscosity, density, specific gravity, and the reflective index, didn't match the required value, I made the necessary amendments to their composition to fit our requirements. -For Finished product testing, I used Spectrophotometry and shade comparison to ensure that the result of the paint we manufactured was as per our high standards and the color was according to our expectations. -If the colors didn't match, I made the necessary amendments to the paint's composition to fit our requirements. -I also worked on new innovative products (water-based and Oil-based) after researching on the internet and inquiring from customers about their growing unmet needs or demand.
