  Bhanero Energy Ltd. Unit #02 BEL Diesel/Furnas Power Plant (14.5 MW) have 3 x Wartsila Engine (2.991 MW each) & 1 x Vaasa Wartsila Engine (5 MW Capacity). Gas Power Plants (18 MW), names are Blessed-1 (7 Waukesha engines), Blessed-3 (3 Waukesha engines), Faisal (5 Waukesha Engines) and Bhanero (6 Waukesha Engines) are also working under Bhanero Energy Ltd. (unit#2). Key Responsibilities:  Ensuring that schedule maintenance overhauling and maintenance of installed generators & motors and other electrical equipment.  Planned the laid out work by interrupting blue prints, specifications, control diagrams and electrical schematics.  Operation and Troubleshooting of Switchgear and Rack in/out Operation of VCB trolley to bring the feeder in Service. Also manage the Installation of Motors and Motorized Circuit Breakers (VCBs. ACBs).  Manage the electrifications staff (Industrial, Domestic) and making sketches & drawings to their related daily assignments.  Make sure the proper working & programming of different relays installed in 11KV generating station e.g. Reverse Power, undervoltage, overvoltage & overcurrent relays etc.  Manage the routine maintenance of battery chargers, battery banks, UPSs, Transformers and their termination with power panels by mean of Bus Tie Ducts in 11KV Generating Station.  Manage the activity of Installation of Overhead Transmission Lines 11KV using Osprey, Dog, Rabbit etc. Steel Reinforced Conductors.  Plan routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Power Transformers, 11KV feeders, 3-phase 4-wire secondary distribution network, distribution transformers and circuit breakers, MV/ LV Switchgear, PT’s and CT’s and termination of LT/ HT Power & Control Cables.  Minimized the line losses, improved the power factor, and ensured continuity of supply to critical loads.  Performed load management as per requirement.  Daily Generation & Distribution Reports update and share with top management.   Designing, testing, commissioning and production planning of motors of washing machines & dryer machines with quality according to demand of customers in the Motor Department are my key responsibilities. Major responsibilities and activities were  Design motors (single phase ac capacitor start capacitor run motors) of four pole (1400rpm) and two pole (2800 rpm) according to costumer’s demand for washing machine and dryer machines.  Perform some major technical tests i.e. No load & break test of all types of motors on PLC controlled MVR-63 software in lab and approve its report from senior management before further production to maintain best quality.  Conducted all motors cost estimation, material, forecasting, consumption & cash flow analysis on monthly basis and Maintain inventory and consumption records accordingly.  Ensuring quality of all parts of motors i.e. quality of copper, stator, rotor and silver etc. by meeting with different sub-cons and give them a work plan as per company requirements.  Handled motors quality improvement requests. Analyzed motors reports summary to identify technical parameters problems and came up with technical solutions to rectify or eliminate root causes.  Supervised the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of power equipment like Generator (31 KVA) high voltage testing meter and power improvement panel.  Supervised the activities of Production staff and evaluated their performance.
