  • Major role is to ensure supplier's produced components (metal part, wire harness, PCB & SMT component.) meet Clarion's specification & requirement. • Provided technical support for in-house production related to part quality issue matter • Dealt with supplier side on the quality issue & solves for the replacement part arrangement in time to ensure in-house production output is not affected. • Perform part Failure Mode Effect Analysis ( PFMEA) study at supplier side process to overcome quality issue from happen • Set up a meeting & discussion between supplier & Clarion representatives to solves quality issue related • Ensure non-conforming part issue that found defect are addressed by issued 8D to supplier and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements. • Responsible for monitor & supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities by supplier. • Provides incoming inspection record, supplier OQC report verification, certified raw material used by supplier. • Checked & verified 3 documents: PPAP, Drawing check sheet & FA data report for all new approval parts before undergoing mass production • Responsible for conducting supplier audit checking, procedures, control to ensure and enhance overall quality materials.
