• Used a build software, Renishaw Quantum, to orientate and apply supports on the 3D part for metal printing. • Utilised Siemens NX, and Autodesk Netfabb to edit supplied designs to make it is appropriate for 3D printing and post processing. • Took the initiative to design jigs and fixtures to make in house drilling more efficient. I used Solidworks, Fusion 360 and Siemens NX to model then 3D print the models using a FDM printer. • Experience with Inconel, Titanium, Aluminium and Scalmalloy materials in respected to additive manufacturing. • Managed three technicians, inspected parts to drawings, generated route cards, planned to make sure deliveries are met on their deadline, completed stock takes, raised purchase orders, handled the outsourcing and completed quotations. • Created a process flow to enable visibility and traceability of the manufactured parts. • Able to operate an oven, furnace, Renishaw AM 500Q machine, wire EDM machine, and laser etching machine. • Gained experience in hand finishing – removing support, wet blasting, dry blasting, surface finishing, sanding and filing.
