Successfully planned, installed and commissioned new physical refinery from Alfa Laval of 150 MTon/day.( visited Malaysia for the inspection of the plant and their facility). Successfully executed the major BMR (Balancing, Modernization and Renovation) of the plant some of which included the installation and commissioning new Conveyor system for the filling and packing machines of the final product, installation of new cold rooms chilling system from Izhar Foster by replacing the old conventional Ammonia compressor chilling techniques. Also upgraded and installed the whole panel room consisting of old OCBs and manual breakers that were installed since 1962 to Siemens state of the art panels with just their supervision but done in house with the existing workers which includes dry type transformer of 2500 KVA, VCBs and LT panels for the whole mills without taking any major shutdown of the plant during up-gradation.
