I started training with Sameer after several unsuccessful attempts to lose weight and get back in shape. During our first session, Sameer asked me questions about my lifestyle and expectations. It soon became very clear that I needed more than just exercise. He helped me identify my real goal- getting back to a happier and healthier me. He recommended a lifestyle change with regular workouts and a new approach to nutrition. I started intermittent fasting and working out 5 times per week( 2 to 3 PT sessions/week). Sameer kept me motivated and adapted my exercises as my fitness improved over the weeks. I started seeing changes from the first month both physically and mentally. After 4 months of training, I am now 7Kg down, stronger and much happier with myself. My confidence has surged. I have also learnt to be kinder to myself. I intend on staying on this path with all the knowledge that Sameer has shared with me. I can honestly say that working out with Sameer has changed my life.

He is very professional, encouraging and have a positive attitude which empower you to work towards your fitness goal. Sameer has been very helpful, extremely accommodating, supportive and provide great nutrition tips and tricks which works! I’m not much of a gym person but have really appreciated the PT session and now look forward to working out. I would recommend him highly.

It was a privileged to be the evaluator for Miss Mauritius Sports Preliminary 2021. Bravos to the team for the epic performance, the results was very closed and we had a final round to differentiate between 3 contestants. Big bravos to Megan who is the winner.👏 Nevertheless the girls show determination and the will of never give up.💪 Big respect for that🤩 It was a privileged to be the evaluator for Miss Mauritius Sports Preliminary 2021.
