  1. Manage the Admin and finance components of the ED-LINKS program in Field Office. This includes the various petty cash funds and field office finance and accounting activities; 2. To organize and conduct meeting with the community in selected villages as well with the School Management Committees (SMC) of selected schools; 3. Work closely with education team; 4. Facilitate to Field Manager in program related activities at district level 5. MPR to project donor 6. Coordinate and oversee all ED-LINKS tendering and procurement activities in Field Office Sukkur, and ensure strict compliance with ED-LINKS and donor (USAID) regulations; 7. To provide support toField Manager in project budget planning and management; 8. Prepare expenditure analysis for the overall District program component. 9. Maintain accurate and timely financial information; 10. To prepare the monthly basis staff Time Sheet. 11. In consultation with the Field Manager, prepare cash projections for the program. .In consultation with the Field Manager, prepare fund requests for programs and Operations. 12. Prepare, review and submit monthly financial reports to headquarters; Compliance with ED-LINKS policies and procedures regarding the Administrative Support and Financial Transitions. 13. Monitor employee time keeping and payroll payment procedures; and Undertake other duties consistent with the general scope of work as assigned by the District Manager / Regional Director. Show less
