  Production and Planning. Costing: To prepare an easy and comprehensive fabric consumption sheet with all concerns and appropriate details which are needed in costing procedure and also highlight wastages and any other embellishments or extra cost effective issues in the inquiry or order. Product Development: To keep close collaboration with the Product Development Department for new developments and provide best possible solutions which make production feasible as well as cost control, and also advise them best possible & feasible options & suggestions for products in case of any impossibility or unfeasibility. Merchandising: After receiving an order from customer, provide a complete fabric working with all production feasibilities and suggestions to the concern desk for received orders and also check & sign all new order sheets as well as. Fabric Procurement/Weaving: Complete coordination with fabric procurement department to provide them best utilization & low wastage suggestions for usage of available stock fabric and provide them best production feasibilities of weaving. Processing: To coordinate with processing department for design engraving and advise for coupling fabric widths in a short processing run in dyeing or printing & advise them minimum wastage suggestions. Stitching: Complete coordination with stitching department for all running orders, best fabric utilization advises incase of any mishap in fabric like short finish widths or wrong direction printing on fabric and etc.
