  General Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Communicate directly to overseas executive counterparts; 2. Identify qualified candidates who can live, work, or travel to/from Pakistan; 3. Lead the recruiting phase of this project; 4. Accept the relevant technology training; then mentor and teach others; 5. Travel throughout Pakistan, if required, to meet with qualified candidates, when necessary; 6. Met and personally assess candidates 7. Respond via Skype and email to MCP counterparts on a daily and weekly basis 8. Submit progress reports once per week 9. Ensure that all recruiting documents are fully completed by the candidates 10.
