Responsible for all regional technical correspondence with our principle GEJ  Provide assistance to our services support  Monitoring and support on site commissioning issues  Test bench analysis  Project report writing for GE Jenbacher Plans, organizes, coordinates, controls in all warranty issued  Tracks warranty status, and makes monthly reports.  Instructs Service Center personnel on filing warranty claims after receiving all the datas raise the claim in i-support  Correspondence / Phonic conversation with GEJ Representatives for Warranty issues on daily basis and solves out the problem to support the customer.  Follow-up to insure warranty parts, claims, and items arrive as ordered or scheduled to meet contract requirements  Collect Faulty Parts and then store in Warehouse (Faulty Part Yard) after proper Tagging and information and also maintain the record in BRP software.  Maintain all Data / Record for Warranties and at end Invoice to GEJ.  Provides support to our Customers under warranty period and out of warranty period for best and long lasting relationship  Contact with the clearing agent and freight forwarder for the shipment status  Reimbursement the warranty or concession invoice to GEJ and maintain the record  Wrong Shipment / Short Shipment of parts arrival from GEJ and after that follow up the same to GEJ till complete shipment of parts not received by OES.  New Units short shipments inform to GEJ ( PDI )  Teleconference with CGT and GEJ on monthly HOT issues. Contact with the MGH logistic nominated freight forwarder for sending faulty parts to GEJ for RCA. Show less
