DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing production and maintenance of packing machines and development and proper utilization of plant resources to fulfill factory production plans. To ensure that production records are properly maintained in all operational areas. To provide training and development program for the subordinates. To appraise yearly performance of all Production Staff of Operational area. To ensure timely preparation of all weekly/monthly returns and comprehensive stock taking lists preparation for monthly, each quarter and year end. To do any other job assigned by Plant Manager. Strive for execution for manufacturing Excellence & Site strategic plan targets in his area. Ensures compliance to all legal & statutory requirements in his area. To maintain discipline and proper house keeping ( 5S) in operational areas. To keep focus on reducing in machine losses for improvement in OEE. To reduce PM / RM wastages as per year targets. Ensure plan compliance 100% as per site targets. Issuance of PM / SFG in SAP through Reservation creation. Confirmation of Packed stocks in SAP. Transfer of packed stock form YP02 to YF01. Physical cycle count as required to keep physical balance of PM / SFG match with SAP balance. PRODUCT QUALITY & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure that all Food safety requirements are maintained in packing hall regarding product safety. Ensuring legal / regulatory compliance concerning QMS. Providing guidance regarding operational control to other management functions, to ensure compliance to quality policies and objectives. To follow & implementation of GMP all the times. To reduce Non conformities. Ensure GMP implementation on floor. To implement HACCP and proper QCP / CCP monitoring. To control and monitor CRQS limits. Ensure use of Food grade lubricants all the times. Proper maintenance of machines to control defects. Show less
