  • Handling after sales quality for Isuzu Commercial Vehicle and Light Commercial Vehicle • Dealing with warranty claim judgement (approve/reject) from customer complaint for CV and LCV unit. • Do investigation on defective part problem and do reproduce test on defective part of warranty claim for Local and KD part from dealer before send to principal (Isuzu Motor Limited Japan and Isuzu Motor International Thailand) for further investigation and improvement at Malaysia market. • Attend breakdown and joint inspection on field to investigate major problem facing by customer. • Do endurance test for new model Isuzu vehicle either lorry or pickup to improve the quality and process in production line. • Join Isuzu Service Clinic at all dealer around Malaysia to do survey on customer major problem and also advise the mechanic at dealer on how to handle market problem. • Attending Field Quality meeting every month to discuss in detail on major problem facing by customer and present the findings of the investigation with representative from principal (Isuzu Japan and Isuzu Thailand). • Conduct the Teleconference meeting (Video meeting) with principal (Isuzu Japan) to present the findings on investigation and testing of defective parts before send the defective parts to Japan for further investigation by Isuzu Japan Engineering Department. • Support for investigation if have problem from production that cannot solve and report to Isuzu principal.
