  My responsibilities include: • To conduct Safety Talk at Plant site. • To prepare Reports related HSE and ISO systems. • To conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment. • To conduct Environmental Aspect Analysis of different Plant sites & Offices. • To conduct Potential Hazards at different Plant sites and to suggest their preventive measures • To monitor the In House analysis of different parameters. • To monitor all effluents going out & report to Manager HSE. • To implement Job Safety Analysis & Emergency Response Plans. • To Monitor site activities guiding employees in order to control unsafe acts & Conditions. • To implement Permit To Work system at site. • To prepare annual waste summary. • To monitor operation of waste water treatment plant. • To inspect different Construction for Repairing Site activities. • To daily round Plant area and raise hazard form if any unsafe condition found. • To maintain the log of all reported HSE hazards & continue follow up till their closing. • To counsel the worker if he found to be doing unsafe act. • To develop & plan HSE awareness sessions & continue training sessions of employees & customers. • To develop & plan training sessions of Emergency response team (ERT). • To analyze all Accident/Incident, Near misses to find out the Root Causes, to Design Proper Preventive and Mitigation Barriers and to prepare Investigation Reports. • To conduct internal audits of ISO 9001, ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001 Systems. • To prepare the Audit Schedules and Audit Plans. • To conduct audit for Safety and Housekeeping. • To conduct the management review meeting with top management. • To maintain and control documents related to ISO & HSE. • Conduct Visits of Sister concern units for inspection of fire fighting arrangements & safety aspects. • To conduct the Mock Drill activity (Chemical Spillage handling, Chlorine Gas Leakage, Fire Fighting) as per schedule. • Member of Sitara Chemical Emergency Response Team.
