      I'm experiencing in Operating System installation as follow : Microsoft Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10, Server) and Ubuntu Linux. Beside installation, it's been 4 years for me to use it and to help people to use it. For application, I'm good at Point of Sales system implementation, especially NCR Aloha POS. During my work time at Intertama, many projects implementation involved me in the pre-opening and support phase. Regarding support, not only onsite support I taken care, but also remote working using Anydesk and Teamviewer, sometimes VNC after create it routes through router. Talking about Wifi, I help my company's client to set the Access Points up and on several occasions, setup Router as well as managed it to work with standard authentication using normal schema or Mesh. Whenever client wants to familiarize their behavior to use NCR Aloha POS, I did training for them, either floor staff training or manager training to ensure they will know most knowledge on how to operate the POS The financial division of client sometimes asked for help to audit the report and/or sales from the POS System. My company trusted the works to me to finalize it and so far, no complain submitted for the things what I've done. To make it easy for everybody that works with me, we do coordination through the CRM system, so that I'm familiar with vtiger CRM to work with. Also, I was included in the clients group, especially for aftersales matter, to be detail, in technical things. Mostly we use Whatsapp and Telegram, and also Skype. During my works, I've finished 675 remote cases and 180 onsite support cases, alone and together with team, because I can work flexible : independence or work with group, either remote or onsite. I'm also familiar to operate card printer and encode the card manual or automatic with sequences. Usually I'm using Datacard series printer. Show less
