  • Business and strategic planning Support senior management in strategic, business and operational planning and ensure decisions in line with the global sales organization’s approach.• Together with Sales Operations Team, drive operational excellence in the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes.• Attend monthly Sales and Operations (S&OP) meetings for all gloves sectors on monthly basis.• Also evaluation and plan the scheduled maintenance and repair of plant arrange spares and other items for plant.• Maintenance accordingly also carries out regular inspection of mill.• Promote preventive maintenance to reduction of breakdown during the production.• Attend Daily, Weekly & Monthly production & shipments meetings.• Maintain all necessary documents.• Coordinate with planning and sales departments for On-Time Shipments.• Preparation of Internal & External Audit and Monthly stock taking.• Using ERP system (SAP).
