  Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE2):Achieving daily production as per plan given to us by Mancom, by ensuing smoot operation. Maintained OEE2 up to 78% for all SKUs last year. Controlling trouble shooting by predictive and preventive maintenance affairs of 20,000 BPH Krones PET line. Maximizing line efficiency by taking robust decisions keeping in mind about equipment and personal’s safety, quality protocols and HSE standards. Coordinating with different departments i.e., Store, quality, supply chain and safety to ensure hassle free operations.Maintenance Activities:Supervising all maintenance related activities by giving directions to maintenance and operational staff. Successfully carried out two annual maintenances of PET lines by planning and placing orders of parts of machine, as per OEM requirement.Software Skills:Hands on experience with ERP, PEST tools for managing inventory of raw materials and all mechanical equipment’s. Daily WIP monitoring, material issuance with respect to production plan and perform balancing of system and physical floor to ensure minimum wastage.People Management:Efficiently leading a team of 36 operators on two PET lines. Issue weekly roster and make sure employees don’t get exhausted by overwork. Compiling, verifying and keep a check on overtime for both lines.Wastage Control:Implemented strict SOPs to control our wastage of preform from 1.2 % to 0.55 % in 2nd & 3rd quarter of last year. Maintained yield of 99.05% LY. Developed and conveyed SOPs to skilled staff to control syrup wastage as well.Operational skills:Have hands on experience in doing efficient Changeovers (3 step Sanitation with Chemical, Hot flushing, Water flushing) on Krones 20,000 BPH PET line. Had a yield of 99.39% of CSD syrup last year.ISO 9001 (Food Quality management system):Follow strict adherence to quality procedures to be fulfilled during shift hours.   Installation and commissioning of ASEBI in existing RGB line in extremely challenging environment because of space constrains / lotteakhtar Beverages (Pvt.) Ltd – Pepsi cola Bottlers.• Installation and commissioning of ASEBI at 45000BPH KRONES Glass Line.• Took part in installation and commissioning of KRONES ASEBI (all surface empty bottleinspector) machine as a project engineer.• For installation of the machine we had to retrofit mixer, CIP Unit & related area conveyor due congested space in plants.• Function of this machine is to reject faulty bottles like other brands scruffy, fade logo bottles contain foreign matters, chip neck, chipped body, rusty/dusty bottles, so that we can get quality product.Coordination, Communication and Supervision of Waste Water Treatment Plant construction / lotteakhtar Beverages Pvt Ltd – Pepsi Cola Bottlers. Feb 21 - Sep 22Lean Six Sigma Tools: Pitched idea about introduction of lean manufacturing techniques to be implement on production lines to optimize production by ensuring minimum wastage and downtime simultaneously. Developed and implemented prototype for 5S, Kaizen and TPM. Yield for syrup increased by 0.05 %, for preforms it got increased by 0.13 %. Productive breakdowns reduced by 1 % as well.Six Sigma Project: Used DMAIC tool (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) of six sigma to control bottle fallen impact on conveyer. Detailed analysis was performed for selection of optimum conveyer width. Project is in execution phase. It will increase 0.5% OEE2.Cost saving initiative through light weight preform:Kept in view of department objectives, planned light weight preform trial of 41.5 g and 21.5 g preform from 43.7 g and 22.3 g respectively. Adjusted machine recipe to distribute sectional weights accordingly. Cost saved up to 8 M.Cost saving initiative through light weight closure: Kept in view of department objectives, planned light weight closure trial of 2.1 g from 2.5 g preform.
