Being an SPS supervisor in FWC I held the following responsibilities - Making sure the availability of staff ( contractors & volunteers) through out the tournament - Following up with accreditation cards printouts . - Making sure all the staff checks in at entrance & checks out when exits the venue. - I supervised a team of 51 staff ( 33contractors,16 volunteers & 2 team leads ). - Making sure all the contractors, volunteers team leaders are well briefed about their positions. - Coordinating with VOC ,VM & AVM related to issues during the operation and resolving it on spot. - Coordinating with hospitality team and assisting them in each and every possible way. - Taking care of disabled people and assisting them with logistics and medical support. - Reporting incidents,changes & concerns to venue coordinator. Volunteers, contractors & team leaders look up to the SPS supervisor for his leadership, directions, support and keeping their morals high through out the game as they deliver the highest standards of assistance to the spectators, enjoy their roles and responsibilities and making sure that spectators exit the stadium safe and sound.
