  1. Monitor and advise the performance of the Consultants and Contractors on the progress of the works and establish reporting procedures, which will form the basis of the overall project planning and monitoring procedures with respect to the progress of the project and ensure that the programme requirements are achieved.2. Check and monitor weekly and monthly progress reports prepared and submitted by the Contractors.3. Assist Construction Manager on assess technical documentation prepared by the Consultants in relation to Extension of Time (EOT) claims by the Contractors due to any change in design.4. Ensure the site facilities are maintained by the Work Package Contractor to the specified standards, and that safety, health and environmental protection requirements are satisfied, and security provisions arranged.5. Ensure that the Consultants supervise the works undertaken by the WPCs based on the standards set by the JKRS.6. Assist JKRS in liaison with the relevant authorities in matters relating to the construction works that requires their involvement.7. Attend and monitor all meetings and liaison with JKRS, consultants and contractors in relation to all aspects of the works during the various construction stages to ensure smooth monitoring among all parties of the project.8. Monitor all testing and commissioning procedures, and ascertain that these are performed by qualified testing personal and carried out in compliance with applicable standards. Show less
