  Conveyor Sorting Line. A conveyor line is attached to existing bottling and filling systems and then the product is pushed on to the sorting line, A beam type load cell is used to measure the weight of the product.   Automated Cheese Press. Construction and Automation of Cheese Pressing Machine using a double acting Pneumatic Cylinder mounted on a wall facing down exerting force on moulds containing curds. Movement of the cylinder is controlled through a 5 port 3 way double solenoid valve triggered by relay modules controlled by Arduino Uno. Limit switches were used to determine the end and start and mid way of the Double acting Pneumatic Cylinder. Construction and Automation Round Curd VAT cutting and mixing machine using a high torque geared motor mounted on top facing down. The shaft attached to a frame of cutters, rotation clockwise and anticlockwise using L293 H-Bridge module and speed control using Pulse Width Modulation through Arduino Uno. No Limit switches were used, only rotations were counted using timing. Show less
