IoT Transport and Mobility Demonstrator To demonstrate the practicality of research related to the transport and mobility on PETRAS projects. The research focused on implementation of group signatures from the P-Cars project to be implemented at the Midlands Future Mobility testbed. Future autonomous vehicles will communicate using DSRC V2X communications for a variety of applications, including providing security and privacy while driving. For example, vehicles will regularly broadcast status information such as speed, heading, and position to nearby vehicles and infrastructures through cooperative awareness messages. To avoid vehicles creating a large number of pseudonymous identities that would send false information (Sybil attack), group signature can be employed as one of the security features. The group signature enables authenticity, data integrity, anonymity and account- ability to ensure the messages send by the vehicles can be validated while at the same time preserving the privacy of vehicles.
