I was selected for this role, after getting my skills and my educational vigor was judged. At that time, I was also enrolled in B.Sc programme focused in Mathematics in the same University while I was working at this role. I am very thankful to Dr. Khurram Iqbal who gave me this opportunity, motivated me and built me up for great challenges. Online Class Project Team Head and Computer Science Teacher

During my Second Semester in Masters Degree Program focused in Computer Science, I was working as a Computer Science Teacher in Fahim's Schooling System and my duties were to teach all Computer Science subjects for all grade levels of O-Levels. I was appointed just a couple of months before COVID-19 Pandemic started, therefore the upper management needed to devise plans on how to shift from traditional classrooms to online teaching. Therefore an Online Class Project Team was found which was tasked with Digitizing the Classrooms, Devising the Plans and Code of Conduct and Training the Teachers for the new methods which were going to be employed. I acted as the Head of the Team and devised proper methodologies, regulations and formulated the outline for the Management Action Plan which were going to be followed. I also trained the teachers of every campus of Fahim's Schooling System and enabled the teachers to use various tools which they were going to be using during their online sessions with students. I also maintained and looked after any malfunction that would arise during the classes due to teachnical server-side issues, equiplment malfunction or in case an IT Support was required. Show less
