It was a complete useful experienced to worked at ESA. During 22 weeks industrial attachment at ESA in Engine Assembly department, I had gained valuable knowledge and positive attitude on real working experience and use theoretical knowledge in practice. I had also developed a lot of courage and confidence in this industry by discovers many hidden skills as well as faults to improve on. At ESA, meaningful assignments were given to me by various supervisors that allowed myself to create strong relationship with my colleagues and as well as, gave me insight on the operations of aviation MRO operation. The engineers and supervisor were always helpful in providing guidance and always willing to share their experiences despite their hectic schedule. Show less
