      My responsible as Local Operator are to: - Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and also be responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and instructions (written and verbal) from the Unit Controller/Assistant Unit Controller using their depth knowledge. - Works outside in the plant and is in regular communication with the Unit Controller /Assistant Unit Controller directly and/or by radio communication in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valve and equipment etc. - Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice. - Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of Unit Controller and/or Assistant Unit Controller. - Patrol the plant and ensuring that the equipment operate normally and that there is no abnormall conditions and classifiying the equipment from hazard point of view Be able to inform Unit Controller/Assistant Unit Controller accurately in accordance with raising work order for any finding in case equipment/instrumentation malfunction. - Provide a field supervision service outside of the control rooms during normal and taking appropriate actions in accordance with emergency operation. - Perform daily report and/or check list based on the plant condition through checking equipment operation parameters based on check list. - Responsible preparing equipment for maintenance including preparation of isolation and restoration works (PTW), such as draining, venting, and others as required. - Work directly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice during the commissioning period - Campaign, promote and implementing the safety and environmental aspect during undertaking the works.
