 Leading and coordinating subordinates in electrical maintenance machinery, installation of work modification, and improvement.  Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling, installing instruments, replacing damaged instruments, small power supply and lighting, trunking, and cable tray.  Examined installations and observed operations to ensure the design meet with the intended purpose of installations and provide technical assistance to fill personnel during operations.  Actively participate in discussion regarding maintenance planning and problems that occurs surrounding the factory.  Identify and analyze problems workers on-site and propose any modification and improvement needed.  Purpose and handle improvement projects that can minimize the time taken for maintenance and breakdown during production.  Carry an internal audit for other sections in following the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulations and assist in compiling all the necessary documents (PAR, NCR, CAR, and OBS) for the Electrical section.
