  Directorate General of Intellectual Property is one of other echelon 1 in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. It is an office where intellectual property such as patent, trademark, copyright and industrial design can be registered and protected in law. In my unit, I handle administrative stuffs such as handling invitations for events, meetings and dissemination, coordinating to related parties, making report for events, managing incoming letters and other related to administrative things.   As an Associate Dean 1 (Academic Affairs) in the Faculty of Social and Political Science at the University of Jakarta, I work as a coordinator who manages the process of learning, the development of the research and social service for two study programs ( Politic and International Relations). I am responsible in supporting these two study programs by coordinating Heads of Study Programs in the meeting for planing of subjects, assessing students, and evaluating student and lecturer experience in one semester. Besides, recently I and my team initiate the cooperation with partners by establishing MoU in order to support MKBM policy (Merdeka Belajar- Kampus Merdeka) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of Republic of Indonesia. Besides, I and my team are preparing for well-established curriculum, managing academic process (such as lecture, class, examination and evaluation), upgrading lecturers capacity, and developing outcomes based learning in campus.   Universitas Jakarta is a private university located in Pulomas, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. There are many faculty in this university, including Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP). In FISIP, the are two study programs, International Relations and Political Science. Students of this university come from different background. Some of them are in regular class who are not as worker in company or government and other are not. Its competitive tuition fee and position in heart of Indonesia are very strategic to attract those who want to get knowledge and skill. I work as an assitant professor who teaches Indonesian Foreign Policy and Introduction of International Relations. These subjects are mandatory subject which are basic or fundamental in learning International Relations Program. It challenges me to present simple and attractive presentation, build active discussion, and attract them to learn more. I also tech other international relations subjects such as Theories of International Relations, Foreign Policy, Research Method in International Relations, International Politics.As a lecturer, I used technology and media in supporting my job desks. I transform and design my knowledge by using Canva which offers many template of power point, so that I can use it when I present on Google Meet which is also connected to Youtube. In managing class, I use Google Class Room which easily sets the schedule of class, materials and assess student's works. Sometimes I use Kahoot as an instrument for making a quiz which is used to evaluate Student Learning Outcomes. Show less

  Presidential Staff Office of Republic of Indonesia in Bahasa called Kantor Staf Presiden Republik Indonesia is non-structural government agency directly under and report to President of Indonesia. The office is headed by Chief of Presidential Staff which is responsible to the President of Republic of Indonesia. I am lucky to have remarkable experience in this office as intern staff in three months. I works as an Participation Analyst who manages Indonesian public service complaints in online website Layanan Aspirasi and Pengaduan Online Rakyat (LAPOR) by disposing it to governmental units, supervising progress of it and also making report. I and my intern team also make some public service analysis which are ordered by the presidential executive staffs by analyzing factual data on our website www.lapor.go.id. Trend and issue about public service complaint definitely depend the demand of it. For example, the high frequency of public service complaints on LAPOR website about health insurance service from BPJS influences to attention from the office in handling and resolving the problems of it. Generally, I and my team are joined in a team supervised by its executive staffs to analyze data, attend external agendas, develop module and also train parties who want to use LAPOR as public service complaint system.
