  KOCO is an EdTech company in Asia, with offices in Singapore, Indonesia, and India. Currently as UI/UX Designer at KOCO I’m working on a new product that just launched called KOCO Star. KOCO Star is a learning platform where students can ask problems to online teachers by chatting or doing live 1-on-1 sessions, the platform also provides video learning and learning resources. What i contribute as UI/UX Designer in KOCO includes: - Create UI/UX design flow from wireframe until hi-fi based on product requirement. - Work together with product owner to come up with best UX from the product - Support the Marketing team when they need a way to promote inside the product - Support Customer Success team to design help center - Explain and ask feedback from engineering team about UI/UX Design flow - Help engineering team to test the product in development server to make sure the flow match with the design and has no bugs - Doing survey, interview, and usability testing for product validation and to find insight to improve the product Show less
