  Lematang Hidro is a Hydropower company that constructed small hydropower projects using funding from domestic businessmen, international investors and local businesses to bring energy to rural parts of Indonesia and revitalize the local economies. + Created daily and weekly work schedules with the project engineer. Subcontractor availability, workload, site visits by stakeholders and work timelines were taken into account to ensure the project went along without setback.
