Role: Product Owner/ Project ManagerProject: FBR e-Payments using ADC (Online Payments System for FBR Inland Revenue and Customs payments):ADC mode is established with 1-Link which allows taxpayer to make payment directly from their commercial bank account using ADC payment mode. 1-Link is SBP authorized Payment System Operator under Payment Operators Rules of SBP. 1-Link has established Billing Aggregation Platform which allows customers to make payment directly from commercial banks through Alternative Delivery Channels (ADC’s). This platform is used to collect taxes of Federal Board of Revenue. FBR and SBP established a secure network with 1-link and commercial bank to process payment transaction online. The ADC Payments System is a an improved payment system which enable taxpayers to avoid physicalyy visiting NBP offices, waiting in long queues and being restricted to get payments processed only in office working days/Time of NBP. It intead provided liberty of paying online or going to any Bank Branch of a member bank under SBP to pay using Pay Over The Counter Facility (OTC).
