I have worked as an Officer Operations in Byco Oil/Petroleum Pakistan Limited, Karachi (having design capacity of 120,000 barrels/day). I was among the team which successfully commissioned the Crude Distillation Unit, Naphtha Hydrotreator & Gas Plant and completed the 72 hrs test run at a crude feed flow rate of 72000 BPD. • Crude Distillation Unit: I involved in punch listing of equipments & process lines, water flushing & nitrogen purging activities, and successful startup of unit with on-spec product results. • Naphtha Hydrotreator & Gas Plant: I involved in regeneration of hydro reactor catalyst, punch listing of equipments & process lines, water flushing & nitrogen purging activities, and successful startup of unit with on-spec product results. • Isomerization Unit (Penex & Molex): I myself took part in the filling of molecular sieve (adsorbent) in adsorbent chamber, in Molex section. And now I am involve in pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for the startup of Isomerization Unit. • LPG Unit & Amine Treatment Plant: I involved in punch listing of vessels, columns & process lines, water flushing & nitrogen purging activities, and successful startup of unit along with Gas plant.
