Management of accounting department team seconded to the client Training of new accounting team to implement new accounting policies and procedures designed for client. Management of the month-end and year-end closing of books of the client. Ensuring that all applicable accounting standards are applied. Record Bills and staff reimbursements and to ensure that all are paid accurately and in accordance with client policies and procedures. e. Reporting for Account payable and Account receivable aging f. Coordinating with the clients’ related parties to reconcile and confirm month-end and year-end balances. g. Coordinating with the clients’ Suppliers and Customers to reconcile and confirm month-end and year-end balances. h. Prepares clients’ quarterly VAT returns in a timely manner to ensure complete documentation Process the clients’ monthly payroll, taking in to account any bonuses, commissions and other benefits and all required deductions such as loans and tax, if any. Further, preparation of monthly payroll summary and pay slips for each employee. Calculating the clients’ monthly accrual of the statutory gratuity payments payable under the applicable rules and UAE Labour Law. Performing audit support to the clients.
