Muhammad has been a pleasure to work with. He is thorough, a consummate professional, and an excellent communicator. We have worked with Onward Engineering on numerous technical studies and Muhammad is a team player.

Muhammad has shown me that he is committed to the same level of excellence as Onward Engineering. He is always trying to push our team to provide the very best proposals to public agencies. During the proposal interview process, he brings solutions to potential problems and an innovative approach to presenting. After award, he proactively reaches out to the client to ensure that the team is exceeding expectations. This results in success and repeat business for our team and our clients.

As Vice President of OE, I am constantly learning about the evolving industry landscape, opportunities for growth, emerging markets, and new developments (procedural and technological). My goal is to leverage what I learn into a competitive advantage for Onward Engineering. Additionally, as the Operations Manager, I am responsible for improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of our mission, managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our team, and overseeing and training our administrative staff. I also direct the efforts of our proposal writing team and develop marketing programs and campaigns while actively engaging with our Business Development team. Show less

The Judicial Apprenticeship is a program that is offered through the CSULB Political Science Department. This program requires a rigorous application and recommendation process. Of the many applicants who hope to be selected, fewer than ten are chosen based on their academic standing and involvement in extracurricular activities. The apprenticeship allows students to "shadow" a Superior Court judge, observing court proceedings, appeals, preliminary hearings, and jury selections. The apprenticeship also allowed participants access to the judge's chambers for conferencing. Show less
