  Using Maximo as CMMS at our plant and responsible for the following.Coding of tools, consumables, Turbine Parts GT and ST separately in criteria to search on account codes, Operation Units, Area codes, KKS references etc.Supervise materials receiving, loading / unloading, shifting, checking/counting, confirmation, identification, inspection, issuance, racking/stacking, storage and preservation.Ensure all materials receiving are correct as per PL/DC after visual inspection, count, weight / measures and confirmation of packing, sealing, quantity, type. Ensure all materials are clearly labelled/ tagged with Item Code, PO #, Po's #, vendor name and with short description.Material reservation / issuance against work orders and service requests.Stock levels (minimum, maximum & re-order) of material in consultation with planning and maintenance teams.Management reporting (financial & analytical) through Maximo. Management reporting (financial & analytical) through Maximo. Parts search through Maximo from other plants to meet emergencies. Parts / Material transfer in/out through Maximo. Overall management of material handling & control activities as per company standard procedures.Updated record of material in/out of plant premises.Updated record of material in/out of plant premises.Ensure material is properly entered the computerized inventory management system with all necessary details and keep all movements (In or Out) in records.
