Mini Grants is a project funded by Coffey-MSI, and its goal was to build the Capacity of the Syrian NGOs in Fund raising, Project Management. Watan was chosen to be a hob of the other local Syrian NGOs, so Coffey trained the staff of this projects (by practicing) to divide the original grants a number of smaller ones and refund them to their partners.
