The project has a 3 storey podium (hotel amenities & town houses), a 43 storey hotel tower (L4-L46), 791 hotel rooms, a 37 storey residence tower (L1-L37), 231 residential units, external works, 3 villas, beach reclamation and 17 restaurants, bars & lounges. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), and shall be built next to the existing Atlantis on the Palm, Dubai. The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is being constructed by SsangYong and Besix Joint Venture (SBJ), and operated by Kerzner International. The electrical Total Connected Load (TCL) for the project is around 52 MW.
