  JOB Responsibilities: Supervise the maintenance and repair of IHHN facilities performed by maintenance crews. Conduct facility inspections and coordinate and plan the maintenance schedule. Assist to develop, implement and manage annual work plans for maintenance. Maintain, approve and monitor weekly work schedules. Plan, organize, direct and inspect work of crew. Supervise and evaluate performance, provide daily supervision and interaction with team. Coordinate with project office regarding expansion tasks and projects. Create weekly & daily reports for the management. Coordinate and collaborate closely with Administration and the Main Campus. Perform all tasks assigned by the Head of Department. Perform general duties and control/assign tasks to shift/ general maintenance staff. Ensure and direct daily reactive/ repair maintenance tasks to shift technical team. Ensure implementation of preventative maintenance of all equipment /assets. Monitor/supervise/control the operation of DG Sets, Split Units, water suction and water pumps. Monitor/supervise/control the operation of all electric panels and UPS. Coordinate for spares and consumables as per requirement. Monitor, record and ensure availability of all utilities including diesel, water, natural gas, electricity and air- conditioning. Provision and arrangement of required tools, equipment, safety tools for shift staff. Ensure work progress & quality as per issued work order for any maintenance work. Closely monitor and supervise of all AC plan units, Electrical equipment and ensure its maximum performance/extend service life. Coordinate and collaborate closely with immediate supervisors and HOD for day to day matters. Address all maintenance requests by end-users through phones calls/emails and perform maintenance tasks through shift staff. Do proper handing/taking over tasks related to shift assignments. Fire Pumps, Fire Sprinkler (3000 in Nos). More than 30,000 Rft MS Black Steel Piping Works. JOB Responsibilities: Having exposure to technical meetings with a consultant, on technical HVAC Design concepts and equipment Details. Execute Work according to the Shop Drawings. Corresponding with subcontractors/suppliers to evaluate technical and commercial offers and prepare comparison statements Coordinating with the Quantity Surveyor in terms of issues related to Quantities Calculations and cross-checking. Calculating Man hours of different jobs for practical execution at the site and update time durations for Master Schedule. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on MS Excel. To execute Welding of pipe at the site under ASME Section IX & X Welding & Brazing Standard. Cleaning of pipe and cleaning inspection before starting the final installation. Marking of the pipe according to Shop Drawing, then approval of marking from client and consultant. Installation of supports system for MS HVAC and Fire Fighting pipe before hanging of pipe. After Hanging of beveled Pipes, taking care of the alignment of pipe, the pipe is tacked before making butt Joint of Weld AND later final capping is completed. Welding tests (Ultrasonic Test, Radiography Test, and final Hydro Pressure Test) are undergone for quality of the weld. For the pipe above 19mm thickness (PWHT) is done for long weld life and quality work. Recordkeeping of all type of correspondence & coordination with field.
