Previously i have an experience working with office environment, we learnt to manage all the filing stuff and make a direct contact thru the phone with other premises/hotels for confirmation date for the inspection day at their place, basically i learnt a lots in licensing department such like how to evaluate star rating for hotels and spa, how to do a reports and re-caption all the images that has been taken as a prove after the inspection done and file them accordingly.
