  In my service life my great achievement is to selected and act as a core member of the Project Team of Pacific Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for ‘New Pharma Facility (Consultant: azbil Telstar, Spain)’ which include Four Building - i) General Facility ii) Cephalosporin Facility iii) Steroid & Hormone Facility, and iv) Anti-cancer Facility. In the project I did the following work- a) Prepare Capacity Study. b) Forecast (for Product and Facility). c) Prepare detail Product Information (Dosage Form, Batch Size, Packaging, etc). d) Machines List (with capacity, utilities and other relevant information). e) Man-Material-Personnel flow design according to GMP and other relevant regulatory standard and evaluate the Conceptual Design. f) Individual floor design for specific dosage form g) Evaluation of Environment and Personnel safety as well as Fire related emergency issue, Compliance issue according to regulatory standard from Bangladesh and International measurement to ensure the safety of the design for all in all aspect.
