  1. Actively respond to Scholarship Management Unit (SMU) - HEC Islamabad, regarding reports of financial aid / scholarship programs. 2. Actively communicate and share tentative meetings schedule, scholarship procedures and minutes of committee meetings with Scholarship Management Committee, IMSciences. 3. Assists Grants Manager in policy making, planning, goal setting, and evaluation of the financial aid process and operation of the areas of the Student Financial Assistance Office. 4. Actively participate in development of Outreach and Communication Strategies, Marketing of the financial aid programmes. 5. Actively participate in Recruitment, Evaluation and Selection of the most deserving students according to the objectives of the scholarship programmes. 6. Reviews and analyzes difficult financial aid applications referred by subordinate staff to determine best solution and decide eligibility for award. 7. Prepares information and presentations to present at meetings, discussion groups or workshops for students, parents, staff, community organizations and/or outside agencies. 8. Recommends, develops and implements policies and procedures responsive to changing program regulations. 9. Responsible for the administration of financial aid policies, requirements and procedures. 10. Creates action plans to implement improvements. 11. Ensures the security of financial aid applications, documents, and systems. 12. Responsible for the administration and reconciliation of Financial Aid programs in coordination with all functional departments of IMSciences. 13. Prepare and submit annual reports to the IMSciences Peshawar. Show less
