  Mechanical Gathering is an annual gathering event for the Mechanical Engineering Department University of Indonesia students with various fun games and art performances. - Led the division with 20+ staff under the Fundraising and Sponsorship division, also coordinated and supervised the performance of the division. - Arranged a strategy to fulfill Mechanical Gathering's financial needs through weekly food selling and corporate sponsorship. - Coordinated and evaluated 20+ members each day to make sure the performance of food sales. - Supervised the deal between the organizing committee and the sponsor. - Efficiently generate +100% net profit (10 million ID) through food selling and booth games. - Secured 3 deals worth around 2.5 million ID in form of fresh money. - Coordinated with Treasurer, Consumption, and Secretary on the strategy arrangement.
