  • Control overall tin separation and production activity in Tin Sluicing Plant (Palong) daily operation. • Supervise Palong operations and production activities by monitoring attendance, delegating tasks to the team, resolving problems that occur during operation and production survey. • Plan for maintenance of equipment include routine upkeep as well as corrective repair work for machineries and process flow tools, monitor piping system to maintain the material dredged from mining pit shall be processed accordingly, as well as centrifugal pump operation in gravel and tailing sector to maintain the quality of tin sand. • Perform daily inspection of the mechanical motors, pumps, trommel and piping involved to ensure in safe condition, troubleshoot and execute ad hoc job or any problems raised during the operation run. • Enforce compliance with safety and health policies with regulations in daily operations and production activities of Tin Palong department, to ensure minimal damage to company properties, solving issues encountered during operations and rectifying plant breakdowns with the priority of minimizing the downtime of the plant. • Responsible for controlling the quality of overall tin production and to ensure complete separation of ilmenite, zircon, and amang production in achievement of daily target production. • Monitoring inventories and consumable items usage and balance across all teams, as well as raising monthly purchase requisitions to ensure that items are available when needed. Inventory receiving (delivery order & invoice), and outgoing advice documentations were managed for audit in future. • Organized and managed inventory receiving (delivery order & invoice), and outgoing advice documentations according to standard quality for future audits.
