  We transform Clients’ dream into reality by providing services that have always resulted in our delivery of top-of-the-range quality, safe and functional products, by applying the following industry standards:• Taking the client’s instruction / brief, usually without any intermediary• Prepare a Design report and a Budget estimate, based on the client’s instruction / brief. • Prepare general layouts of the proposed engineering services in line with the Architects’ drawings, discuss them with the Client and the Architects, and amend them as required.• Propose arrangements for the installation of the proposed engineering services. These will normally consist of inviting tenders from reputable sub-contractors, plant manufacturers, etc. • Prepare detail drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and other contract documents, obtain tenders, evaluate them and recommend acceptance by the Clients of the best offers.• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of the various sub-contractors, suppliers, etc. • Attend regular progress meetings, generally monthly, with Client / Architects and contractors.• Witness commissioning of plant, services, etc, with Client’s staff, paying particular attention to those items required for staff training.• Ensure that sub-contractors attend to list of outstanding work.• Issue completion certificates to sub-contractors.• Arrange for handing over to Client of all as-fitted drawings, operating manuals, etc.Some of the projects on which we followed the above-stated procedure are as listed below:• AL-AMAN RESIDENCES - A Residential Development, at Katampe, Abuja (On-going)• Bara’atu Heights Residential Development, Wuse II, Abuja.
