I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Mudite Grivina at Dar Al-Hekma University, Jeddah for a few years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to observe her outstanding work and the exceptional products of her students. As an instructor, she is very patient, dedicated and extremely creative. She is innovative in her techniques and often seeks professional development. Her students keep coming to her for guidance and she is always there for them. I could easily observe the development that her students made within short periods of time, as my office was just next door to hers. Her office looked visually appealing with all the colors and garments like bodices and skirts and dresses, all designer's quality, produced by students under her supervision. Her assignments are always very creative and inspiring. She motivates students into thinking about unconventional ideas in fashion which always brings out extremely awesome results. For example, Ms. Grivina motivated students to take part in the Ecologically Friendly Event "Saving Mother Earth" in 2018 at Dar Al-Hekma University by making garments from recycled materials. The produced pieces were phenomenally beautiful and were admired by guests who visited the university from the Ministry of Ecological Sciences and the Ministry of Environmental Studies and many other guests. Even after Ms. Grivina has left us for another venture, her students kept praising her for her work ethics and her dedication, which proves the strong impact she's left on the students. Ms. Grivina is a very pleasant person to be around, she is very friendly and patient. She is highly professional and focused on her job, and on developing the students' techniques and knowledge of their field of study. Ms. Grivina is a great addition to any team and I have no hesitation in giving her my highest recommendation.
